Troubleshooting

Restore your purchase

  1. Open Sightline.
  2. Tap Unlock or Pro in the top toolbar on the home screen.
  3. Tap Restore Purchase.
  4. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
  5. If restore fails, contact support with your Apple ID email (not your password) and the approximate purchase date.

Camera / microphone access

  1. Open iOS Settings → Sightline → enable Camera and Microphone.
  2. Force quit and reopen Sightline.
  3. Restart your iPhone.
  4. If you denied permission earlier, you must enable it in Settings — the app cannot re-prompt in some cases.

Saving to Photos

  1. Photos permission is requested only when saving.
  2. Settings → Sightline → Photos → allow Add Photos or Full Access as needed.
  3. Ensure there is sufficient storage on your device.

Free vs Pro

  • Your first saved recording is free.
  • After your first successful save, additional saves require Sightline Pro ($19.99 one-time).
  • Preview, script editing, prompt movement, and glow preview remain available before purchase.
